The restaurant of this charming hotel has been selected straight away and without any ambivalence. It seduces both lovers of good food and hikers passing through. In the kitchen, David and Thomas work wonders with local products: snails from the Pré aux Colimaçons, veal entrecote, generously garnished sauerkraut and vacherin glacé from the Welche region. Nous y sommes allés pour le dîner. Nous avons été agréablement surpris, un menu de très bonne qualité et un meilleur prix. Le service était excellent, très attentif et agréable. J'ai aimé le détail des fromages avant de servir le dessert. Nous reviendrons certainement lorsque nous serons dans la région. Très fortement recommandé.

J'ai mangé la tarte flambée revisité et, si je dois être sincère, je ne l'ai aimais pas du tout. En outre l'oeuf n'était pas cuit. Je suis restée beaucoup déçue.

Désolé, il est vrai que ce plat a été complètement revisité par notre chef et soit les clients adorent soit ils sont déçu. L'œuf est cuit en basse température et reste assez coulant.
