Charming hotel-restaurant offering local products

The restaurant of this charming hotel has been selected straight away and without any ambivalence. It seduces both lovers of good food and hikers passing through. In the kitchen, David and Thomas work wonders with local products: snails from the Pré aux Colimaçons, veal entrecote, generously garnished sauerkraut and vacherin glacé from the Welche region. The children enjoy a menu specially concocted for them before going to play on the outdoor playground!

Excellent repas et soirée de réveillon de la nouvelle année. Juste un bémol, la soupe à l oignon qui n à pas été servie à priori avant 4h du matin, alors qu une grande majorité des clients était partie vers 2h30. Ce qui fut notre cas

Nous n'avions pas d'attente particulière pour ce jour de l'an. Mais tout a été parfait! de la chambre à l'accueil en passant par la restauration et surtout le service.|Nous gardons un souvenir extraordinaire de cette soirée où l'ambiance était formidable. Les nombreux habitués nous ont dit que c'était comme ça chaque fois depuis des années.|Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

J'ai adoré mon séjour sur place.
Le style motel est un gros plus pour la tranquillité.
Les chambres sont très spacieuses et propres.
J'ai été très bien accueilli par le personnel aussi bien à la réception qu'au restaurant.

Le seul point négatif: je trouve la carte du restaurant un peu petite, il y a pas beaucoup de choix dans les plats. Mais malgré ça j'ai très bien mangé !
