This restaurant (Јавор Мрзенци) offers one of the best spit-roasted lambs in the Skopje region: melt-in-your-mouth yet crispy. Established in 2004, it is an annex of the highly regarded Javor Agapi in Gevgelija, in southern Povardaria, on the Greek border.
