Renovated house of character with rooms a bit basic near a beach

A good plan in the heart of the Kampos region, not far from the airport. In a narrow alley, between high stone walls lined with orange and citrus trees, the Topakas house is an old Genoese mansion that has been passed down from generation to generation. This old house of character has been regularly renovated over the past twenty-five years to accommodate visitors and enthusiasts of the island. Eleni manages her rooms and studios with warmth and efficiency. The comfort is a bit basic but the nature is luxuriant and we appreciate the freshness of the gardens.

Eleni... Türkçe bilen muhteşem kadın. Eski Sakız mahallesindeki eski taş evinde o kadar rahat ettik ki... bize adayı tanıttı, gidebileceğimiz plajları gösterdi... harita verdi. Evin konumu şahane. 2 çocuğum ve eşimle dolu dolu bir 3 gün geçirdik. Resturant tavsiyesi,plaj tavsiyesi... Eleni muhteşem. Evi temiz. Marketler yakın. Minik mutfağında ve buzdolabıyle evimizde gibiydik. Damla sakızı ikramı da efsaneydi. Herşey için teşekkürler Eleni...

Η ιδιοκτήτρια ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετική. Υπέροχη τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στην πόλη. Ο χώρος ευχάριστος, καθαρός, ένα όμορφο αρχοντικό. Όταν βρεθούμε ξανά Χίο σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε.

Στο κέντρο του Καμπου της Χίου σ εναν καταπράσινο χώρο βρίσκεται το καταπληκτικό σπίτι που με την φροντίδα της Ελένης έκανε την διαμονή μας κάτι παραπάνω από ευχαρίστηση.
Καθαρό και ήσυχο περιβάλλον.
Μα πάνω απ' όλα σταθήκαμε τυχεροί που γνωρίσαμε αυτούς τους υπέροχους ανθρώπους.
