The manager Vaggelis has spent the last few decades keeping the spirit of the place alive, respecting a know-how and an aesthetic made of secular elegance. At his side, the bubbly Irini, perfectly French-speaking, welcomes the initiates who have the privilege to enter this preserved world. The breakfast, prepared by expert hands, is deliciously local and fresh.

The Perléas Guest House is housed in a beautiful 17th century manor house in the heart of a vast citrus grove in Kampos. Its 8 elegant rooms are equipped with all modern comforts for a successful stay. Each is equipped with a mini bar, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. From your room's terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire estate and garden. This agriturismo also offers a delicious homemade breakfast made with fresh, local products. The breakfast consists of fresh fruit juices, jams and sweets. In addition, cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurt with honey and various drinks are offered. This house also has a free parking lot. Pets are also welcome.

Καταπληκτικό μέρος μέσα σε μία όαση πρασίνου, ήσυχο, όμορφο, με πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Ιστορικά κτίρια, άριστη διακόσμηση, υπέροχη αυλή και κήπος. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική επειδή φτάνεις παντού πολύ εύκολα. Πιστεύω ότι είναι η ιδανική λύση να μείνεις στην εξαιρετική Χίο.

What a great place to stay!!! We booked 3 nights in Kampos and what we encountered was not even in our wildest dreams. It is not a small thing to wake up in a huge orange grove and be filled with the smells of oranges and tangerines. We stayed in a beautiful neoclassical room with all amenities, spotlessly clean with a fantastic view of the plain. The breakfast was exceptional, simple, with handmade sweets and delicacies while obviously the juice was straight from the orchard. And what can we say about the host!! The concept of hospitality is reflected in the face of Vangelis. Certainly we will meet again..
