AL-QARYAH AL-TURATHIYAH

This restaurant occupies a replica of the old adobe village houses of the Najd, a bit kitsch. The room is divided into small open or private rooms for families. Old photos, coffee pots, old transistors and telephones from another century make for a somewhat cluttered decoration, the kind you find in many private museums around the country. The restaurant is one of the must in Tabouk for its typical Saudi cuisine. On the menu, chicken mandi, kabsa, or madhbi, a dish originally from Yemen.
