HERITAGE VILLAGE

A museum and restaurant in one, Heritage Village is designed as a leisure destination for Saudis. The palace, a bit kitschy, is a replica of a traditional eastern house. You can visit the Saudi Arabia of the past through the 5 floors of the building where jewelry, manuscripts, fabrics are stored. A reconstruction of a souk, where everything is for sale (or to buy) gathers traditional souvenirs: incense, perfume, baskets and placemats made of woven palm, dates... The traditional restaurant is especially what attracts the locals.
