AL GIARDINETTO

The chef of this establishment, Paolo Zoppolatti, became known for his appearances on Italian television in a famous cooking show. He has now returned to the kitchens of his restaurant on the main street of Cormons, where he concocts traditional Friulian recipes or those with a touch of originality and craziness. Cormons' specialties are on the menu, such as gnocchi alle susine (with plums) and prosciutto crudo D'Osvaldo . An elaborate and refined cuisine, inspired by the chef's passion for his land.
