The setting is rustic, the atmosphere friendly and the meats cooked over a wood fire (lamb chops, beef) are tender and juicy. The Osteria also offers stuzzichini (appetizers) to accompany one of the good bottles of regional wines: crostini with local cold cuts, zucchini flowers and prosciutto D'Osvaldo, an excellent cured ham from Cormons that is a must-try. And for dessert, the traditional gubana served with a glass of slivovitz.
