This establishment with its colourful facades, a modernised version of the island's neoclassical architecture, is located a little further from the port, in a small and pleasant hotel complex. Enjoy the pretty courtyard with exotic plants, the comfortable and spacious rooms and the beautiful swimming pool in the greenery, particularly suitable for family stays. The studios have fully equipped kitchens and enjoy the calm of the neighbourhood. Also noteworthy: the remarkable breakfast. An oasis in the heart of Gialos.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στη Σύμη...Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικότατο σημείο...Είναι πεντακάθαρο, έχει υπέροχες εγκαταστάσεις, το προσωπικό ευγενικότατο....Ιδανικό+φιλικό για οικογένειες....Το προτείνω σε όλους....

Great customer service and friendly staff,from reception,bar and transfer driver all of them were kind and helpful with a big smile.The location is literally 3 minute walk from Gialos where all the shops and restaurants are.The room was in two levels with the bedroom upstairs and the living room ,kitchen and bathroom at the ground level.Extra points for Iapetos the fact that when we entered the room (at a hot day ) the AC had been already turned on so the temperature was surprisingly cool.Also at the day of check out apart from storing our luggage they also offered a room to have a shower and change before departure given that the check out took place at 11am and our ship was leaving at 3pm.I would definitely return to Iapetos.

Πήγαμε για 2 ημέρες, μείναμε 1 εβδομάδα, και αν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα, ακόμα εκεί θα ήμασταν…
Πανέμορφα στούντιο, φτιαγμένα μέσα σε υπέροχο κήπο, δίνουν την αίσθηση πραγματικού χωριού. Καταπληκτική η πισίνα, σκεπαστή, ώστε ο ήλιος δεν ενοχλεί καθόλου τα παιδιά.
Καθαριότητα, εξαιρετικό πρωϊνό, pool bar, υπέροχο σπιτικό χειροποίητο φαγητό για μεσημέρι-βράδυ (πραγματικά το απολαύσαμε), ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και για οικογένειες με παιδιά. 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια από το γυαλό, ξεχνάς αυτοκίνητα και μεταφορικά μέσα. (Παρόλα αυτά, διαθέτει και Parking!!!).
Οι ιδιοκτήτες (κος Αγαπητός και κα Κυριακή) εξαιρετικοί, ως αληθινοί οικοδεσπότες που σε κάνουν να νιώθεις επίσημος προσκεκλημένος.
Θα γίνει ο καλοκαιρινός μας προορισμός για κάθε χρόνο!!!
Ειλικρινά το απολαύσαμε και τους ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς!
