Je viens à l'hôtel depuis plus de 20 ans. Malheureusement, la cuisine a beaucoup changé et a pris la carte de la cuisine moderne artificielle. Comment peut-on gâcher un morceau de thon avec de la betterave et servir un morceau d'Iberico trop cuit et trop cuit. Le nombre de couverts est trop important pour offrir une telle cuisine et être servi à la perfection.
