When to go à Mulhouse ?
Mulhouse's climate is semi-continental, between the oceanic climate of the West and the continental climate of the East. It is characterized by very cold winters and hot and stormy summers. The protection of the Vosges mountains to the west causes a föhn effect: precipitation is low and the temperature differences between summer and winter are significant. The south of the agglomeration is more humid because it is located opposite the Belfort gap.
When to visit Mulhouse ? You can visit Mulhouse all year round. Dressed warmly in winter, and a little more lightly in summer, you can walk around the city. If you are a fan of vintage cars, you can visit the biggest car museum in the world, in Mulhouse! Fans of trains? Don't miss the Cité du train, the largest railway museum in Europe, open since 1971, which tells the story of the railroad, from the first racks to the TGV.
