This brand new service of LA is dedicated to health prevention. It is located in the beautiful building of the old Gangloff gallery, Kennedy Avenue. " Prevention is better than cure "is the motto of the team that welcomes all volunteers to take care of their everyday health. Three programmes are proposed: active nutrition, back health and heart health. These workshops are all driven by health professionals to adopt the correct reflexes in everyday life, to eat balance, to move, to prevent the lumbago, to start to relax. Those who want to end tobacco can also benefit from the support of a coach. For example, everyone is responsible for their health. This service is in free access to all. A multimedia space and exhibitions complement the offer.
