ACCORD 68

Victims and after- At its creation in 1985, the sole Agreement 68 activity was the management of a visitor's office of any person considered to be a victim of a criminal offence. Since then, this office has grown to become a victim assistance service. Agreement 68 is joined by the IMAVEM (National Institute for Victim Aid and Mediation) and authorized by the Ministry of Justice. Qualified staff, with solid legal knowledge, sensitized to the psychological and social problems of victims, trained in listening and maintenance techniques and able to make their speech readable with the people involved, allow for real care for the victims.
