It's true that this discipline, which will change you from zumba or bokwa, doesn't really have a good reputation because it was originally practised by strippers. The two very friendly sisters, Mélanie and Virginia, are at the helm of the Pole Dance studio, which offers introductory, beginner, intermediate and advanced courses, as well as strip-tease classes in this somewhat... crazy discipline! In a very relaxed, fun and playful atmosphere, pole dancers place themselves at the top of the bar thanks to the rigorous standards of the two teachers, who obviously set the bar... very high in their classes! The results are clear: you'll work your abs, arms and buttocks, even in a beginners' class! So, as summer is (always) fast approaching, forget the chocolate bar and take up the Pole Dance bar!
