What can we write about a Starbucks in Mulhouse? The concept? Everyone knows it! The coffee? The same as anywhere else. We could talk about the decoration: a dark, modern room like so many others; or poor cleanliness. No, definitely we don't find, because we don't see the interest in coming to Mulhouse to go to Starbucks. A service, an authentic atmosphere, a personal decoration. In short: the human contact of local businesses and that's what counts? If it's just for a coffee, what's the point? Staying at home will always cost less. Otherwise you can make the choice to make local craftsmen live with you (not to boost their turnover). So don't be cautious, don't choose the ease and push the door of one of our adorable mulhousian boxes. You are guaranteed that you will win!
