Il s'agit d'un hôtel plus ancien qui montre un peu son âge. La chambre était relativement grande et confortable, mais il n'y avait pas de prises de courant près du lit. Le service était efficace et serviable. Le petit déjeuner buffet était correct. L'emplacement est très bon. Le marché de Noël est à deux pas.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité du centre-ville et de la gare. Il présente une décoration intéressante qui vous donne l'impression d'être sur un plateau de tournage. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 23 heures et la chambre était très froide avec de l'air froid soufflant de la climatisation. Lorsque nous avons appelé la réception, ils ont mentionné un problème possible et, après un certain temps, le chauffage a commencé à fonctionner, mais il continuait à tomber en panne par intermittence, ce qui entraînait un réchauffement très tardif de la chambre. De plus, le système de chauffage, lorsqu'il fonctionnait, était assez bruyant.
