Restaurant with a pretty terrace and chic decoration offers a menu that varies with the seasons.

Fanny Holler and chef Daniel Keller have been at the helm of this excellent restaurant on Rue de Bâle for several years now! The restaurant is one of the best addresses in Mulhouse. A dynamic duo, a dynamic team and a chic restaurant! The cuisine is in keeping with the Alsatian tradition, but above all the finesse of the dishes is matched by a well-calibrated wine list. The atmosphere is cheerful and family-oriented. Fanny and Daniel's love of cooking is obvious, but above all, it's delicious!

Franchement un peu déçu ???? nous avons pris en entrées des ravioles au foie gras on cherches encore le foie gras et la sauce limite poivré... enfin trop poivré! Le BLOOM a vieux thann son dix mille fois mieux! Le cordon bleu du chef à fuire si vous voulez manger des rouleaux printemps revisiter au veau, gruyère et pané sa à rien à voir avec un vrai cordon bleu du chef qu'on s'attend à avoir dans notre assiette! Et le medaillon de cerfs on ce pose encore la question si ce n'était pas du bœuf!! rien à voir avec du cerfs ni le goût prononcé du cerfs qu'on s'attend à avoir dans notre palais.. bref déçu de ce restaurant..

Une petite découverte sympa .
Des jeunes bien motivés ça fait plaisir par les temps qui courts.
Le cadre est rustique agréable, la cuisine bien faite et le service souriant ...que demander de plus .
