When we talk about an institution in Mulhouse, the restaurant Hug is necessarily mentioned. With more than 60 years of existence, for many Mulhouseans it has always been there! To access it, simply climb the stairs to discover on the first floor a vast, bright, pleasant and classic room with cosy benches. The night owls know the address. At Hug we are in a real brewery, where fashion effects like vegan or vegetarian have no voice. It is a restaurant of "viandards" that takes care of itself. The dessert menu is linked to the Alba glacier. You will certainly return to this almost historic downtown sign!
