Winstub Factory is a restaurant with a stylish Alsatian concept, a combination of traditional and modern! At the gourmet decks, it's the excellent Virginie and at the helm of reception, Romain, the boss! Both are known as the white wolf! They've been officiating with talent and dedication for many years. The products are meticulously selected, and artisanal craftsmanship is the order of the day! We can't wait to get our hands on Orion butcher's meat again... The decor is industrial, in keeping with the times.

Nous venons d'y déjeuner. Nous avons opté pour le menu du jour 100% fait maison avec des produits frais. Servi très rapidement, copieusement et avec le sourire. Vraiment top ! Déjeuner en 1h malgré ce vendredi de décembre (marché de Noël tout proche). Déco cosy très sympa. Equipe souriante et avenante. On reviendra !
