You may have heard of this recent concept in France, but it's been around much longer in India. It was there that Daniel Kiefer, from Mulhouse, discovered laughter clubs and became the first Frenchman to be trained in laughter - laughter for health, laughter as a natural and free de-stressant! Since 2002, he has been training entertainers who in turn open laughter clubs across France. In Mulhouse, Daniel runs weekly sessions for the general public at Maison Lœwenfels, where you can treat yourself to a good laugh. Lion's laugh, breathing exercises, role-playing, it's all good for a good laugh. Because laughter is good for your health.
