Vital'Form is offered and supervised by the L'Élan sportif association. With no membership or commitment required, come and take part in the many weekly sports activities on offer at Squash 3000 in Dornach. There's just one price, and we even offer discounts on packages of 5 or more sessions. L'Élan sportif's philosophy is one of conviviality and community. Zumba, cool'mouv, yoga, weight training, cardioboxing, cross-training form... come and choose from our range of activities! At this price, you're sure to find the activity that's right for you. You can also benefit from individual or group coaching in a range of formulas. In the same friendly spirit, come and join the "Sekouevobasket" group, which offers to run together on Sunday mornings from 10.30 to 11.30 a.m., to all those who don't dare but would like to anyway, to all those who don't like to run alone, who think running is too hard, who haven't done any sport for a long time, to all those who understand the benefits of a breath of fresh air, at all levels, with technical advice to back it up! "Sekouevobasket" is free. Go for it, there's no excuse!
