Opposite the National Museum complex and Murabba Palace, near the traffic circle, this large café is one of the few welcoming places in the neighborhood to take a break. And it can be a welcome break after battling the stifling Riyadh heat and browsing the museum's collections. You'll find a very Arabian atmosphere here with the openwork wooden floral friezes stuck to the ceilings or the inlaid marble fountain. In addition to your coffee or fresh fruit juice, you can succumb to the sweetness of a fragrant chicha.
