This trendy restaurant is located next to the Core fitness center. The setting is modern and trendy, subdued and intimate, for quiet dinners with friends or couples. The menu is concocted by Chef Shan, a regular in the opening of trendy restaurants in the Middle East. He collaborated with the Japanese star chef Izu for nine years and this is reflected in the menu. The raw fish occupies a large place, prepared in carpaccio, sushi, ceviche or tartar. Cooked fish can be enjoyed in a salt crust, charcoal grilled or in foil.
