On the ground floor is the story of the invention of instant ramen and their creator, Momofuku Ando. Two workshops are proposed. The first one proposes to assemble its instant noodle pot. After receiving an empty cardboard bowl, it will put its noodles that will be recovered from soup before selecting its toppings and closing it to taste at home. The second workshop proposes to make chicken ramen, the most popular instant noodles in Japan. You will cook your noodles on your own, from preparation of paste to packing, to cooking. Nice with children.
