Travel Guide Cazuarito

Cazuarito is located just opposite Puerto Ayacucho, on the other side of the Orinoco River, in Venezuela, and 2 hours from Puerto Carreño (1 hour and a half by the river). The small town welcomed many Venezuelans who came to buy supplies and celebrate before the situation turned violent in Venezuela. Cazuarito no longer has the joy of yesteryear, but hides many treasures in its surroundings, such as the San Roque Lagoon, 20 minutes by 4x4, a lagoon of crystal clear water amidst the black rocks. A refreshing swim in a unique panorama. Agencies can also take you to see petroglyphs, inherited from ancestral cultures.
