Situated by the road on the outskirts of the village of Sesto on the way from San Candido, this truly unpretentious restaurant is a good local eatery, without being gourmet. Self-service is the order of the day, but traditional dishes are prepared with care and in gargantuan quantities. You'll appreciate the immense terrace at 2,000 meters altitude and the sublime views, summer and winter alike. Inside, benches are covered with warm sheepskins, while a fire in a central stove warms the room.

But what a pretty chalet, with its walls of thick logs and its winter snow cap! Set on the edge of a fir-tree forest, it's this rustic charm that people come here for. At the foot of the roadside Tre Cime and Roda Crossa cable cars, it is renowned for its excellent Tyrolean cuisine. Hearty, simple and tasty family dishes, sometimes served directly from the frying pan on the table. Pleasant outdoor terrace.

This refuge-bar-restaurant is located at the top of the slopes of the Reda Crossa cable car. It is therefore only accessible during the day. It's renowned for its delicious plates of local specialities, fresh mushroom dishes when in season, and homemade cakes. It's an ideal place for families: in summer, there's a playground out front, and many hiking trails start from the refuge. In winter, it's right in the middle of the slopes and the starting point for a 5 km toboggan run!
