At the foot of the imposing fortress of Volterraio and 400 metres from the beach of Bagnaia, this residence has a hotel and several apartments (from 2 to 8 people) immersed in a 3-hectare park planted with mulberry trees, laurels, oaks, centuries-old olive trees and other Mediterranean essences. The green and well-kept setting is really the strong point of this address, as the rooms and apartments are basic and sometimes noisy.

Location suggestiva, stile Henry Potter, perfettamente integrata con il paesaggio circostante e ricoperta di vite americana. Appartamenti comodi e funzionali, con box compreso, bellissima la piscina aperta dalle 10 alle 18 e comodo l'accesso alla spiaggia e al mare a soli 350mt. Il tutto curatissimo

The apartments are old. Bathroom apertures and the cooker are rusty. Furniture has a musty smell with a layer of dust even on clearly visible surfaces. On hot summer days, the boiler in the bathroom presents a trade-off: warm showers or unbearably hot room. There's no air conditioning or natural shade for the terraces of the apartments.
Closest beach has a spectacular view of the largest port on the island, where you can see cruise ships and ferries pulling into port. There are far better beaches (and holiday rentals) on the island. Better go to one of those.
