Located in Istog/Istok, in the native village of Ibrahim Rugova, this establishment is a hotel-restaurant and, above all, a fish farm. The facilities are a bit old-fashioned and date back to the socialist period. But the view is superb on the Mokra Gora massif ("wet mountain" in Serbo-Croatian), on the borders of Serbia, Kosovo and Montenegro. The food here is very good, at the water's edge, especially the Istog trout(trofta Istog in Albanian). This huge farm (5 ha, 100 employees) produces 380 t per year, exported to neighbouring countries.
