In the main bazaar of the bazaar, at the level of the crossing leading to Square Ali, come to taste this very popular Spécialité speciality. We find it at the map of several restaurants, but it is here that it is the best. From the semi-baked ground meat to which a little chopped liver is added as well. The whole is rolled in a crepe having been naturally perfumed with many herbs. If you are shy, you can always order the same recipe with only meat.
