CHISEPO HUT

Chisepo Hut is the most recent hut, perched at an altitude of 2,219 metres, and is also the most suitable for those brave enough to reach the massif's highest point, Sapitwa (3,002 m). The trip takes around 5-6 hours round trip from Chisepo. There's a large room with a double-sided cooking hob and a large outdoor veranda. The place can get crowded on certain evenings. And beware, it's often very cold up there. So bundle up. The crackling wood fire in the midst of nature's calm is a real treat. Pit toilets.
