Beautiful location, extremely warm staff and multiple food options.
We loved the Bahia Grill restaurant during our 3 day stay and the staff at the restaurant treated us like family. Overall a wonderful property.

Mi estadía estuvo espectacular. En todos los ámbitos fue excelente. Llegué y me Angélica me atendió súper y me dio una pipa fría deliciosa. Traje mis palos de golf. Me ofrecieron llevarlos a la casa club ellos mismos. Chineo total. Los llevaron y los devolvieron ellos mismos. Nunca tuve que alzar peso. La cancha de golf es espectacular. Recomiendo llevar bolas y los palos porque la tienda es cara. Recomiendo al caddy Milton; es excelente. Luego la playa es espectacular. Cómo está cómo en un golfo o bahía, nunca hay olas y siempre es como una piscina. La comida es buena, solo que cuando dicen que algo es poco picante, pica demasiado. El Spa es bueno sin ser excepcional; he tenido mejores masajes pero si estaba rico. El gimnasio del hotel es espectacular; tiene las mejores máquinas del país. Recomiendo un restaurante Nemare. Pedir el pre fixe menú. Vale Full la pena. Preguntar por William, el mesero. El es el mejor mesero del mundo entero. Nunca me han atendido tan bien. Luego los cuartos son espectaculares. Ningún hotel en CR tiene tan buenos cuartos como estos, talves Nantipa, en Santa Teresa. La Cama y la ropa de cama es Wow!. El servicio de House Keeping es espectacular. Te doblan la ropa. Te ordenan el cuarto. Te ponen. El agua bien servida en la mesa de noche. Si encuentran una prenda mojada, te lo guindan hasta que se seque. Aspectos a mejorar: el transporte del hotel al Aeropuerto es carísimo y es igual para cualquier cantidad de huéspedes. Cuesta 200 dólares por vía. Un Uber cuesta 30 dólares pero importante, queda en una zona aislada el hotel, entonces no ubers cercanos. Solo es fácil conseguir uber en el aeropuerto con dirección al hotel. Me gustaría que pongan las mismas batas que ofrecen en el SPA en las habitaciones. Las de la habitación no son tan ricas y no calientan. Con todo y todo creo que ha sido el mejor hotel que me he hospedado. Yo soy una persona que viajo mucho y me he hospedado en bastantes hoteles de lujo, como Ritz, Mandarín Oriental, Rosewood, JW. Nos volveremos a ver pronto. Worth every single penny. Apúntense. Dato para el hotel: si estuve hospedado acá solo que no pongo mi nombre verídico en reviews de Google porque no me gusta que la gente mire mi vida privada

Una experiencia extraordinaria.

From start to finish, an excellent 5 star experience. Planned this vacation as a 4 day get away for My Wife's birthday. In the day's leading in, the concierge team was so helpful with planning out some fun excursions for our weekend as well as honoring the request of a birthday cake already set up in our room upon arrival! My Wife was definitely surprised and excited. The room was very neat and clean with everything in working order. The breathtaking ocean view from our room was beyond amazing. In room dining was always quick with the order being hot and ready upon delivery. Excellent food and beverages from the restaurants Pesce, Bahia and Nemare. Also had a relaxing time at the beach and pool. One of the best vacations we've had in a while! Will definitely return. If you haven't downloaded the Four Seasons App, you need to!

It does not get better than this! My husband and I are lucky enough to have travelled much of the world (he’s 45 and I’m 37). The people here are so friendly. The food is incredibly nourishing and healthy. The turquoise waters are pristine. The room was phenomenal. We saw so much wildlife simply walking from our suite to breakfast.

A couple unique things to note for those traveling with kids:

The kids club is WOW! So impressed with the facility, the kids pool, playground, and the teachers. My son (4.5) was thrilled. He wanted to check out hermit crabs on the beach most mornings and because the club was pretty quiet, he was able to do as he pleased. They have an awesome enrichment schedule everyday as well. He made shell necklaces from the beach for me, himself, and my husband, with the help of the staff.

We went zip-lining in the peninsula and it was a core memory to watch our young son go first in the group (with the guide).

The beds are phenomenal. This includes the pull out sofa and the roll always.

Breakfast opens at 6 AM which was such a lifesaver when our son was waking up at 4/4:30 ????.

We ordered evening room service to be delivered every night at 5 pm so we could get our son the bed on time. (The property restaurants don’t open until 6 pm)

Not only will we be back…I’m trying to convince my husband to move there. We felt so much love from everyone and totally safe.

This place doesnt make you feel like you are in Costa Rica. Not a nice resort. Food is mediocre and the drinks were all very acidic. The service was good however

We spent 4 days with friends at their villa. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. JOAQUIN OLALLA DE LABRA (manager) was very nice and helpful. The staff at the hotel was great. Here are a few that went out of their way to make our vacation special. Joanna, Cristal, Luz, Carlos, Abrial, Walter and Ana. I hope that I spelt their names correct. Can't wait to visit again.
