The generous menu features family-style cooking. Take, for example, the skier's menu, which includes quiche lorraine or steak-frites with salad. We finish with a delicious blueberry tart. The taste is simple, with no real surprises, but in the end, what we ask of a restaurant like this is above all to satisfy the appetites of mountain dwellers.
