This very famous restaurant in the capital, was created about thirty years ago by a French chef; it offers excellent French cuisine served in an elegant and traditional setting. Specialties include rabbit pâté with green pepper and cognac, onion soup au gratin and lobster bisque with cognac, escargots de Bourgogne and duck breast with orange, or salmon and shrimp fricassee with basil. Perfect if you are nostalgic for French gastronomy. It is wise to make reservations, especially on weekends.
