The Grand Hotel Bristol Resort & Spa is a five-star hotel located in Rapallo. Housed in a magnificent Art Nouveau building dating from 1908, it offers breathtaking views of the Ligurian Sea. The hotel is just an 11-minute walk from the Lace Museum and 8 km from La Cervara Abbey. Rooms are elegant and equipped with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and minibar. Some rooms also feature a balcony with sea or city views. Suites offer a separate living room and/or whirlpool bath. Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Le service est un peu mal organise: ils ont servi 3 calamars au lieu d un commande, puis nous font en payer 2, par ailleurs, ils ont ouble de mettre les couteaux pour le plat ???? .
Le point fort: une belle vue de la ville en haut depuis le restaurant
Nous avons pu comparer avec un restaurant français 3 étoiles et la différence et flagrante.. Sans parler des produits , les techniques et la synchronisation des goûts sont inférieure. En revanche l'emplacement est très beau, une vue imprenable sur le port et les environs.
Malheureusement lorsque que l'on se rends dans ce type de restaurant la vue est loin d'être le facteurs principal.
Donc en conclusion c'était bon mais juste bon ... vue le prix nous nous attendions à mieux.
