We had the time of our lives. Huge rooms, open the curtains you become frozen in time! Looking south across Mediterranean sea to the west is Port de Fino and the east is the Castelo Rapallo. Miramar iconic Round dining room next to the Sea.
It's not just a Hotel? It's an adventure. Shops Restaurants sports so many things happening theatre! Don't be shy to ask where and when things are happening. You got to venture out to the stores shops and bakery.
Be sure to walk about and feel that Italiano spirit.You can park your boat in the sea, but think you may want to leave the car at home. The EuroRail can take you anywhere. Best of dreams on your adventure.

Un vrai hôtel de bord de mer, comme on les aime! La vue depuis la chambre vaut vraiment la peine.
Personnel très très accueillant, malgré la barrière de la langue pour certains, qui gardent le sourire…

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni per capodanno. albergo bello con ottima vista sul mare, colazione buona ma con una grande pecca aver girato 2h per cercare un parcheggio libero e non trovandolo. E quindi averlo pagato per due giorni, distante un km dall' albergo

Schmuziges Hotel das Personal unmöglich, beim Frühstück sagten sie uns das wir warten müssen auf die Rühreier (die aus der Flasche kommen)bis mehr Gäste zum Frühstück kommen????.Währen dem Frühstück unterhält sich das Pärsonal lauthals über Privates so das der Gast sein eigenes Wort nich mehr versteht.Da wird vor
den Gästen Sandwich gegesen.
Die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt, und ich glaube nie!!!! Es hatte überall Haare als wir ankamen und Flecken auf dem Boden und die wahren noch da als wir gingen , lediglich das Bett wird gemach und die Badtücher augewechsel.Wer da noch hingeht ist selber schuld!!????
Dem Hotel danke ich für garnichts und hoffe der Manager er lebt auch in so einem Schweinestall!!!!!!!

È stata un'ottima esperienza. Posizione centralissima. La struttura e le camere, pur non modernissime, sono confortevoli, pulite, ampie. Personale molto cordiale. Ottima colazione.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. At best a 3 star…prices however are very high and don’t reflect the level of the place. Incredibly thin walls and doors (you can basically hear everything from the corridors and between rooms), in urgent need of a refurbishment, old elevator often gets stuck between the floors, very poor breakfast and service in general. Only positive is the location, but once again do not recommend overall as definitely overpriced

I stayed at the Hotel Miramare in Rapallo, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, the fact that the hotel doesn't have a parking lot is a significant inconvenience. We were forced to park on the street, which made our stay uncomfortable from the beginning.

The rooms were a real issue. They were extremely small, with barely enough space for the bed and a tiny closet. The "sea view," despite the hotel's name, was practically non-existent unless you wanted to look at it sideways.

The beds were uncomfortable, and although the bathroom windows could be opened, it was preferable to keep them closed as they faced directly into the neighbors' apartment, compromising privacy.

The hotel's elevator was clearly outdated and often got stuck, causing inconvenience to guests. Furthermore, room cleaning started at 9 in the morning, disrupting those who wanted to sleep a bit longer.

The rooms had balconies, but they were shared with the neighboring room, compromising both privacy and security.

However, I want to highlight that the receptionist at the Hotel Miramare was exceptionally kind and helpful. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist guests stood out positively during our stay, and it was appreciated amidst the other challenges we encountered.

All in all, the Hotel Miramare does not deserve its claimed four-star rating. It markets itself as a high-class hotel, but in reality, it's more of a three-star establishment. I hope this review can be helpful to other travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Rapallo.

Dreckiges Zimmer, nicht mal genug Handtücher pro Person vorhanden. Der Vorhang war halb runtergerissen, überall lagen Haare und Dreck im Badezimmer.
Wir sind dort nicht über Nacht geblieben!!! Und Parken ist dort übrigens auch unmöglich. Es sind zwar Parkplätze am der Straße, aber die sind sehr teuer und selten frei.
Nicht zu empfehlen!! Würde am am liebsten 0 Sterne geben.

Nulla di simile rispetto a quanto mostrato dal loro sito web. Unica nota positiva la vista fronte mare, se fortunati potrete osservare le stelle dal vostro balcone.
La pulizia della camera (escluso bagno) a me data non era ottimale. Polvere.
Lo consiglio per poche notti.

Ein tolles Hotel in einer super Lage und schönem AusblickaufsMeer. Das Zimmer ist etwas kleiner aber ausreichend für eine Nacht, der BalkonwarsehrkleinundleidernurPlatzfüreinenSessel. Leider war es am Balkon nicht auszuhalten da die Abluft von zwei Klimaanlagen waren. Personal war immer freundlich und nett. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Very friendly staff, fantastic location with a great view down the main drive and over the Mediterranean. The breakfast room was really well-stocked with a nice variety of cheeses, pastries and fruit. They had gluten-free pastries as well. The waiter doing the coffees was a lot of fun. We were sad to leave.

Walking up to this hotel is impressive. Beachfront, classy exterior, full window dining rooms and lobby, marble floors & staircases and a quaint old iron elevator. But, first impressions were misleading: pretty on the outside, but your comfort is sacrificed. Behind the fancy exterior were unswept floors, overheated rooms, showers & sinks which struggled to drain, and a couple staff members that couldn’t accommodate the need for heat & noise relief. The first clue should've been at check-in when the 3rd floor room windows were open & heat poured in while a broken a/c unit recirculated warm air. Tough to endure a sweltering night without even a fan to move the air. Add to that a Bar beside this hotel that had a DJ yelling until 12:30am while blaring his music. This isn’t unusual, the hotel walls are paper thin both inside & out. One can hear noise at the beachfront nightly, and conversations within the hotel.
3 cold showers/day helped to keep cool even after switching rooms the next day. Such a time consuming chore instead of exploring. The a/c doesn’t cool a room or it’s occupants well.
The rooms are large, and there are amenities, but in July/August it’s simply too hot for this hotel to cool down. The a/c units are old & often need a reset or more Freon gas and staff aren’t always available for that job.
Breakfast buffet had a good selection including GF items, but by 9am most food was gone & rarely replaced even if breakfast was advertised until 10am. Specialty coffees were a nice touch.

It was a very dirty room. My requests to clean the hotel room or change me to another were refused. They ended up cleaning my room the next morning, but the cleaning was poorly done. The only good thing is the location of the hotel.

Le cadre est correct et le service est vraiment bien!
La nourriture est a peu près correct mais étant des français nous sommes peut-être exigeants... Les spaghettis alle vongole manquaient de cuisson...
Par contre, le boeuf rossini y est très bon mais devoir payer la portion de frites 20€, car le plat était sans accompagnement c'est comme dans tout Rapallo de l'arnaque totale!! 20€ des frites !!! Même à New York on ne paye pas ça ....

Endroit calme et nourriture excellente. Le service est de qualité.
