RAINFOREST MUSEUM

In Rain Forest Adventures Park, the Emilio Wilson Museum traces the island's history, with its first settlers, the period of colonization, plantation culture, customs, traditions and history of Emilio Wilson (grandson of a slave who bequeathed the property acquired for the sole purpose of creating a nature-preserving park). The museum is housed in a restored plantation house dating from the 1700s.
