As a true enthusiast, the chef Mickaël Schlienger serves us here an inventive gastronomic cuisine. Every detail is thought out, the plates are original and creative, as is the cuisine with its multiple flavours. A tight menu, homemade stamped, breads, ice cream sauces and mignardises included. The discovery is made on the plate, the chef does not reveal all his secrets on the menu. A restaurant that will delight the gourmet because for a gourmet, the plates are copious! A fine selection of wines on a varied menu.

Nous y mangeons pour la seconde fois, et ne sommes pas déçus. La carte des vins est satisfaisante, quelques plats restent constamment sur la carte mais selon la saison, des menus spéciaux sont suggérés. Ici un menu déclinaison autour du foie gras.

J'ai découvert cet établissement correspondant bien aux différents avis positifs. J'ai pris le Menu Découverte qui a été une belle découverte. Service courtois et avec le sourire ???? cuisine et présentation fines et de qualité. Un bon moment.
