Restaurant with a warm and relaxed atmosphere, using a cordon bleu recipe for its local dishes

Patrick Forster is always there, with his verve and good humor that whet the appetite! But it is his son who works in the kitchen for the best and to perpetuate a family tradition that is good. The inn has earned a fine reputation as a gourmet table with generous accents and a joyful atmosphere. The cuisine is now taking a more bistronomic direction, even if the essentials remain in place like their excellent tarts flambées, escargots and cordons bleus. The Auberge du Cheval Blanc remains a safe bet and an address not to be missed.

Quelle adresse !!!!! Je cherchais un bon restaurant pour faire découvrir la gastronomie alsacienne à mes amis venant des 4 coins du monde et nous n’avons pas été déçus !!!!! La meilleure choucroute d’Alsace, servie après quelques tartes flambées en entrée et quelques verres de Riesling. Que du bonheur !

Impossible de réserver pour 20h, c’est 19h ou max 19h30 !n’accepte pas de ticket restau, ça leur coute trop cher ! Tout est dans le négatif avec toujours des commentaires et réflexions très critiques sur tout ! Dommage la cuisine est bien bonne mais les conditions imposées ne montrent aucune envie de nous en faire profiter !
