MAKERS AIR

This small Fort Lauderdale-based airline operating out of the private business airport (FXE) was formerly known as Watermakers air, as it was founded by a seawater desalinator manufacturer who used its aircraft to deliver customers to the more remote islands of the Bahamas. Today, Makers air is an upscale charter company, operating newer aircraft in very good condition and offering seat capacity to all Out Islands except Long Island.
