The motu Tiapa'a is our favorite motu! It boasts several beautiful beaches on the lagoon side, a breathtaking panorama of the reef on the ocean side, and it is located near the south pass and the manta ray cleaning station. There are also several good guesthouses here - Papahani Guesthouse, Maupiti Village and Kuriri, which offers a breathtaking view of the ocean hitting the reef, and two more rustic addresses that have recently opened their doors: Taumatatea and Menoarii Family Guesthouses. This is also where the traditional Saturday oven is held. A special day and a great atmosphere are guaranteed!
