In all simplicity, Rose and Frédéric welcome passing travelers with hearty meals: local beef, goat, wild pig, shellfish and fish are served with uru, manioc or taro. A 100% Marquesan cuisine, in short, 100% Tahuata! Call ahead of time, even the day before, so that you don't come in vain.
