The former Rurutu Lodge has finally regained its former glory since its change of ownership in 2016! After major renovation and redevelopment work on the exterior, the establishment reopened its doors under the name of Vaitumu Village. Rurutu's most upscale option offers quality services (the swimming pool, in particular, is awesome!), while maintaining a friendly and family spirit. The young and friendly team contributes to this. In total, the hotel has only seven rooms and a family suite of two rooms, fully equipped, and can boast a beautiful restaurant room (meals on reservation, good healthy and family cuisine), a licence IV bar, a laundry and room service on request. Theme evenings are held once a month (during winter, campfire evening is organized), a local animation is offered every Friday, and during the day, a beautiful panel of activities is offered with the various service providers of the island.
