MONT MANUREVA

At an altitude of 385 m, it is topped by a small TV relay station. From there, the 360° panorama can be seen all over the island... The ridge line then allows the more adventurous to reach Mount Taatioe (389 m), then Mount Teapei (369 m), with superb views of the tarodaries of the Tetuanui Plateau. The latter is criss-crossed by a dense network of paths that weave through plantations and tarodières, which the locals will be happy to show you for other beautiful walks (guide not obligatory).
