In an intimate and airy setting, you can enjoy a high quality French cuisine under the guidance of chef Damien Rinaldi-Dovio. The prices are high, yes, but it's sumptuous. Red tuna with vanilla, mahi mahi with curry and banana, fillet of beef with vanilla sauce, spicy foie gras, lobster risotto and the unforgettable pure Caribbean dark chocolate fondant. Wine list from all over the world. The restaurant is decorated with sculptures by the famous Polynesian artist Teva Victor, giving the place a remarkable atmosphere. Ideal for a romantic evening.
