Every year in October or November, the "Hawaiki Nui" canoe race is an absolute must in Polynesia. In the Leeward Islands archipelago, large teams participate in this competition. Truly impressive for tourists and deeply rooted in the customs of the inhabitants, this mythical race was won by the EDT team during this edition, which was held from November 1 to 3. By perpetuating the event, some teams have adopted small habits. Shell Va'a, for example, chooses "Villa Le Passage" each time to stay for the duration of the event. Very happy with their choice, the hotel owners were delighted with this day of meetings and shared some photos with us via their Facebook page
