PHILOMÈNE

Philomène is an adorable popa'a in her fifties, married to a Marquisian. The daughter of a singer mother from La Scala in Milan, and an Argentinean father, she travelled the world before settling in this exotic land. In her cheap snack bar, she offers plain pancakes, lemon, chocolate, caramel, Moorea jam (pineapple in particular, a delight), as well as ice creams to cool off, and even some curiosities and pareos! Opposite the sea, a new small shop has recently been opened.
