Jérôme and Camille opened this epicurean shop in October 2019. Since then, they have been thriving and their success has not wavered in Habsheim and throughout South Alsace! It must be said that Jerome is both trained and passionate! Chef at home since 2014, he met the pretty Camille and both of them give to the taste of the day this former shoe store, in a place of gourmet delights. French meat, even Alsatian, of beautiful workmanship, with exceptional selections such as meat from Galicia, an artisanal charcuterie that whets the appetite, just by the sight. And then the specialty that led them to the final of the French Burger Cup: the famous Habs Elsass Burger!
