It is the creation of an old tourist in Moorea, Syd Pollock. Improved Mexican hacienda style, attractive map that offers succulent meats. The parrot filet, tuna tartare and Norway lobster are legendary. Very Anglo-Saxon atmosphere, however, not local for a penny… Except maybe Saturday night at the live concert.
