Hotel-restaurant serving local, French and Italian specialties
On the edge of the lagoon, the restaurant of the Hibiscus hotel is open to outside guests at breakfast, for a well-stocked buffet that already puts you in a good mood. Then, for lunch and dinner, the chef, from the Nice hotel school, offers local, French and Italian specialities, to be enjoyed in a setting that is always beautiful. If possible, come at sunset time to enjoy the site and the atmosphere in the best conditions. A very good address, although perhaps a little expensive anyway.

Every day from 7am to 2pm and from 5.30pm to 9pm. Dishes 1 850-5 000 CFP. Tourist menu 4 150 CFP. Children's menu 1 980 CFP.

2400FP pour une assiette de légumes au tofu, je m’attendais à un minimum de présentation.. je vous laisse regarder les photos !
Idem pour les pizzas, pâte médiocre, très huileuse et petite..
Seul point positif, la vue était tout de même sympathique
Vue à couper le souffle, personnel adorable, buffet petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits locaux; patron avenant, sympathique, accueillant, et aux petits soins avec nous, alors même que nous ne logeions pas à l'hôtel.
Je ne comprends pas certains avis lus sur cette page, j'ai presque l'impression qu'on parle d'un autre restaurant tellement c'est différent de l'expérience que nous avons vécue.
De notre côté, on recommande sans réserve !
